Air Lifeline Midwest is a volunteer pilot organization dedicated to facilitating access to free air transportation on small, private aircraft for people in financial and medical need. Our volunteer pilots are distributed throughout fifteen Midwestern states and serve as a lifeline in helping people just when they need it the most. We are a 501(c)3 corporation so your flight expenses are tax deductable. We fax you a form for each flight you take for your tax records (you fill in your expenses). Even if you can only fly one mission a year we could use your help. All of the patients we fly must be able to board a small aircraft with little or no assistance. All flights are scheduled in advance since we do not fly emergency cases.

We currently need additional volunteer pilots in Missouri.

We hope you will consider helping others in their time of need by sharing your skills and services! Additional information about Air Lifeline Midwest is available at our web site:
