Wednesday, February 7th
Gary Streeter will be our guest speaker. Gary will be talking about his hobby - rockets. He has been building rockets since age 11 and has been designing rockets and engines since then.
In order to pay for his hobby, Gary is a pilot with Flight Express that operates out of Downtown St Louis Airport. Flight Express is an on-demand air carrier in 26 states. Using Cessna 210 and Beechcraft Baron 58 aircraft, the company caters to clients that need late-night drops and early morning deliveries. Clients include banking and financial institutions, newspaper publishers, payroll processors, photographic processors and anyone that needs highly supervised, same day transportation services on a regular basis. After Gary tells us about his hobby maybe we can get him to tell a few short stories about his experiences as a pilot since he is involved in an area of aviation that we don't often hear about.
Our private room opens up at 1800 with Dinner ($18/person) being served at 1900. Gary will make his presentation at 2000.
Please, please call Candy Stewart before February 5th at 314-842-1720 or send an eMail to Feb@MoPilots.US so that we can give an accurate count to Sunset Lakes Banquet Center.
