September 27 – 28 – Morrilton, AR – Petit Jean Mountain Airport (KMPJ) EAA Chapter 165 North Little Rock F will move our breakfast to Petit Jean Mountain Airport KMPJ.  After this one time event we will be back home in NLR as usual.  ANNUAL PETIT JEAN FLY-IN AND COOK OUT on Petit Jean Mountain at their airport KMPJ. It is near the town of Morrilton.  That is just under 1 hours drive west of Little Rock.  It will be on our normal 4th Saturday but this time it is Friday and Saturday and we will be serving 3 meals a day on the airport.  It is mainly a fly-in for RV type aircraft but everybody is welcome.  Weather permitting we usually have about 200 aircraft and 300 people so it is a real treat to be there.  That is Sept 27 and 28 but some people fly in a day early.  The local hotels on the mountain will all be full but we have a LOT of camping area if you want to spend the night.

Mark it on your calendar now because if you like lots of pretty airplanes and good food, on a mountaintop state park with a 5000 ft runway it is well worth the short drive. Questions  419 360-7414
